If they could throw some gyro or shawarma into donut wrapper too, my life would be complete.
I asked my turkish wife, i mentiond the ingredients and she said “oh, its Çılbır”, then i showed a picture and she said “what the fuck is that”.
Im getting the sense this is as turkish as american italian dishes are italian.
